Hello. Glad you were able to get a developer or that you upgraded your account to a developer account to take advantage of iOS 6 beta. As for your question about dragging apps and editing apps in the App Switcher, that particular double tap and hold gesture isn't supported with keyboard input as far as I know. once you do the double tap and hol gesture on the touch screen in the App Switcher though, you can use all the other gestures with the keyboard commands. You obviously cannot drag apps around the screen either, since the above gesture is not supported. Even if it were, you have to physically drag your finger across the screen in screen edit mode to accomplish this.
