Hi Jen, "Going crazy" is not a good way to describe the particular issues your friend has and which would help others on the list to make any recommendations. Given how responsive the developers are, I recommend your friend sends a detailed email to [email protected] and describes exactly what is happening. It also is probably a good idea, if she has not already done so, that she takes out everything from the app switcher and then turns off the iPod and turns it back on after a few seconds. If the issues continue then a detailed message to the developers would be her best option since nobody on the list as far as I have seen at least reported any major problems.
