If you touch the bottom center of the screen where it gives the percentage, then flick down with one finger it will jump by about 5 percent. I don't know of a faster way unless maybe putting a bookmark at the beginning, then select bookmarks and double tap on the first one might be quicker. Glad you figured out how to get the file.
