The pause play button is on the mike boom. If you slide your finger along the boom on either the top or bottom of the boom depending on which ear you have the ear peace in, you will feel a button that feels like a small rectangual. That's the play pause button. It may not work in all audio apps. I do know it does work in the NLS Bard reading app.
