There can never be a space in an email address and the email address for subscribing is listed in the footer (see below)
[email protected] If you check the above address character by character you'll find that you should use the actual + symbol, not the word "plus". If you want to subscribe instead of unsubscribe, you would of course replace the word "unsubscribe" after the plus symbol with "subscribe" and I assume you know that you would have to send your message from whichever email address you want to subscribe with or unsubscribe.
