Is it the screen reader?, or the application. Maybe there are tweaks that can make iTunes more friendly to the screen reader? I'm not thinking of only JAWS, either, as other screen readers are also having issues. I'm wondering if there are settings in the screen reader, iTunes, the computer, or any combination of the three that will improve the results.
