Hi Charles and all. Thanks Neal for sending this info along. I was about to do 
it so glad it's out there. As you can appreciate, we wanted to test thoroughly 
before making any kind of public comment, so I've had to keep quiet on this one 
until we were sure of what was going on.
Charles, yes, Freedom Scientific has reached out to Apple to let them know what 
we believe to be causing the issue in the iTunes 12.1 code for 64-bit Windows.
For now, if you run 64-bit Windows, I think the best option if you need iTunes 
is to revert if you can.
