It worked on the 4S somewhat, got reasonable scans, but in my experience it reset voiceover often and left me having to rescan or start the whole process over again, I could have lived with it maybe had I not been due for an upgrade and gotten a 6. It works but, a higher phone than the 4s would be my recommendation.
