I am an AT&T customer, but have always bought my phones through the Apple
store. I feel that the service provided by the Apple staff is far superior than
you will get from the AT&T staff. The latter have to sell and service many
kinds of devices, where the Apple staff only sell and service Apple products. I
upgraded to the iPhone 6 at our local Apple store last weekend, and the support
and service I received was steller. The sales associate even helped my wife set
up her iCloud account, even though she didn’t get a new phone. He spent a lot
of time with us, and we didn’t once feel rushed. I realize that not everyone
has an Apple store nearby, but if you can get to one, I highly recommend giving
it your business.

Subject: Re: Question about storage
Hi Allen,

Thank you for your input. I'm planning on up grading my iPhone 5 to an iPhone
6 hopefully soon. My 2 year contract has been up since January of this year.
But I haven't upgraded just yet.
My carrier is A T&T. So my question is when I do upgrade to an iphone 6 should
I go through my a t & t carrier to purchase my new phone or go to an Apple
store? I got my iPhone 5 through Radio Shak 2 years ago but the Radio Shaks
all will be closing their doors for good.
