In my experience, the Google app will speak the answer to your question when it finds the answer to be unambiguous. I often use the app to get phone numbers. If I say "phone number, x-business, x-city," where obviously the x-business and x-city are replaced by a real business and city, and I have the business name exactly correct, Google most often gives me the phone number out loud. When the results are more complicated or my input is not precise, possible results are shown on the screen for me to peruse. I didn't do anything to the app to produce this scenario.
