It looks like your email provider is Google, so I'm not sure why you're trying to get into iCloud. It's likely there's something going on here I'm not aware of though.

If you're using Gmail then the Google servers are marking it as spam and moving them into your junk folder. If you move the message from your junk folder into your in box that should unmark it as spam. You can also do this using the web interface for Gmail or another email client, where you can use the button to indicate the mesage is not junk. Finally if you add the sender to your Google Contacts that should keep their messages from going into spam.

You should be able to log into your iCloud account from either your phone or 
computer. Maybe adding your husband to VIP Senders would do the trick. When you 
have a message from him open on your phone, double-tap his address. A screen 
with his contact info should open. At the end should be a button to add to VIP. 
Double-tap that.
