Hi all I have just installed the Microsoft Word app on to my IPad, and am now trying to create my Microsoft Office account so I can have full access to the app (editing documents etc). All has been going well until it asks me, as part of the verification process, to enter the characters that I see. However, I've got no idea where these characters are meant to be or how I can find them to enter them. Does anyone have any ideas/know how I can read the characters they're asking for so I can imput them and create my account??
