Hi,

Thanks for the answer I was looking for.  Sorry if I wasn't clear but, since 
this is an iPhone list, I assumed that it would ce clear that I was talking 
about the app.  It would have been off topic to be  discussing any other 
Outlook here.

I use Gmail and just let Google delete my messages in the Trash folder after 30 
days.

If you're talking about the Mail app on the iPhone then you can hit the edit 
button while in the Trash folder and use the delete all button at the bottom of 
the screen.

If you're asking about Outlook then I don't know and you may want to ask on 
another list where it's on topic, unless you're asking about the Outlook app, 
but that isn't clear from your message.
