Hi, don’t know what country you live in. My wife has Coeliac disease so we use an app called Food Switch. I don’t know if it is country specific or not. You could look in your app store. You scan a bar code and if it is in the database you the food is high in salt, fat or if it contains gluten and I think you can check for other things. Don’t know if this would give the info you want. Max.
