Practice it by using the practice feature in the Voice-Over section of the
settings app on your iDevice. Also, try using 1 finger instead of 2.

Anyone have any tips for how to learn the srub gesture? It's been
described to me as tracing a quick Z on the screen with two fingers,
but I can't seem to get the gesture right.
