In the messages app it should read the entire message when you touch it. Sometimes it is split up into multiple messages depending on the carrier, but certainly voiceover should read the entire message that is there. How do you know there is more there? Can you read it entirely by setting your rotor to words and flicking down through it? You may need to test that or examine what you are doing to read the message. Can you specifically list the steps you are doing to read the message from the point you are aware there is a message to what you do to read it and what happens? Such as, do you open the messages app and then find the messae thread in the list and double tap that and then find the most recent message going up from the bottom of the screen and single tap that message or flick to it? Thankfully this has not been a known issue and so you may be doing something different or not quite the way you need to?
