Make sure you stop the recording and not just Pause it. Now previously you had a Record button and a play button and if you tapped record again, the app would say "Audio already recorded for this item" and all you had was a replace or cancel button. Now you have 2 more options, "Append" or "Prefix". Use Append to add to the end of the recording or use Prefix to add more at the beginning of your recording.
