Thanks forthe suggestions.  I really think this issue should be fixed so I let 
the tech who helped me know and he gave me his manager's e-mail so I was able 
togive my positive thoughts about my experience without being limitted to a 
survey form.

Of course I pointed out the irony of VO on my phone not being able to access 
that accessibility survey.  grin
