Assuming you have the 32 bit version of iTunes, my best advice is to call Microsoft’s Accessibility support.
They are open 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM pacific time on the weekend. 800-936-5900 They will find and fix the problem, (assuming it is fixable) if you are using any kind of accessibility software. During the week, they are open 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific time.
