There are several apps for Comcast Xfinity users that are mostly accessible.  
Just search for Comcast in the app store and try them out.

Also, the Xfinity remote is partially accessible through a beta version of 
voice guidance. Press the A , triangle, button twice on the left side then the 
right arrow and enter to turn on voice guidance.
