Yes, there is a hide keyboard button, it’s just to the left of the escape key.  
As for pairing the device, it uses the f1 through f3 keys.  Select witch one 
you want your device to be paired with, then push the pair button on the 
underside of the keyboard.  It is located just under the delete or backspace 
key.  HTH
