I have updated my iPhone 6 and while I haven't experienced the contacts issue yet, mainly because I haven't had to enter a new contact, I have noticed that VO seems a bit snappier when going from within an app to the home screen. AppleVis noted that there was a fix for VO where it would crash and be unresponsive for up to a minute. Other than that, haven't seen any other fixes.
