If you cannot locate it in the app store, then it is probably not available for download. I had it for a long time, but then started having issues in iOS 7 where the app would crash. I've got several thousand songs in my playlist, but the app just gave up and threw me back on the home screen. I finally deleted it and went back to the regular stock music app, which meets my needs.
