To close apps from the app switcher just flick up with one finger on the app to close. To move or delete apps just place one finger on the icon hold it until the icons begin wiggling, and slide it to the position you want or use the X witch appears to delete the app. I sometimes help my sighted sister so picked up these two gestures.
