Okay, I found out how to get radio going. When you open the March madness app, make sure the schedule button is selected. It is selected by default. The other choice is brackets. Those buttons are at the top of the screen under the status bar. Underneath those buttons are various things that don't identify as tappable, but they have to do with which part of the schedule you want to see.
Once you have selected the round you want, below that list of rounds, you should see the games. Again, there is no indication that you could double tap on that was to get anything. However, double tapping on one takes you to a screen where you should see near the top and icon that refers to radio. Double tapping that starts the radio play back. That icon is not present if the game is not yet on. Double tapping at' same icon if the radio is playing, will turn off. I hope that helps.
