Hi, NatureSpace has some wonderful nature sounds free in the app, with many more available for purchase. Some of these are very relaxing.
An app with some nice meditations and relaxing sounds is iSleep Easy. It's accessible. The one odd thing is that nothing happens when you tap the control labeled Play. However, there is an unlabeled button not far from that control that works.
