You do know you can set up more than one Gmail account, right? I do not know of other free Email account providers. Juno.com may still have a free service with ads at the bottom of all your messages. I know they also have a very inexpensive service that still puts ads at the bottom of all your messages. I think my wife pays about $10 per year or something. She has always only had the one juno account since the mid-90s.
