Actually, when I am in the body of the message reply, and I make sure I
have focus there, if I use the rotor until I get to Edit and then flick
up through the menu choices, I will eventually hear Insert Photo or
Video. Double-tapping doesn't get the command to execute, however.
Alternatively, again with focus on the message body, if I double-tap and
hold, I *sometimes* get a menu that includes Insert Photo or Video.
Again, I don't know how to be sure the action has succeeded.
