Don, Whether you can activate SIRI with your Bluetooth headset depends entirely on the Bluetooth headset and not on SIRI or the iPhone. I know Jawbone just put out an update for the Jambox which allows you to activate SIRI with a long press of the round button on top of the speaker similarly to how you would do a long press on the Home Button to activate it directly on the iPhone. I am not sure if any headsets exist yet that can do this, maybe you can post exactly which headset you use and somebody else might know. On the other hand you can probably easily find out simply by googling this, e.g. "Can I activate SIRI with my Jawbone ERA headset" or call the manufacturer of your headset and ask them.
