Hi,

If you sync your contacts with iCloud on all three devices using the same Apple 
ID on all of them, all your contacts should show up on all three devices. In 
other words, go to System Preferences/iCloud on your Mac and Settings/iCloud on 
your iOS devices. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all 
devices, and turn syncing of contacts on.
