This is not tru. The iPhone 4S is still supported by Apple and runs IOS
8. Sure, there are features that aren't supported on the 4S or even the
5, but what you say below is incorrect.

hi all. before updating to ios 8.3 i found a bug that i thought would go
away under this new update. for a wile now. when you have updates in the
app stor vo used to tell you how many updates there were. now it doesn't
do this. i am wondering if any one elts has found that this is
