Hi Shermeen, While it looks as if you cannot give above a 4 out of 5 rating, this is not actually the case.
Who ever labeled those graphics simply mislabeled them. The 4 out of 5 star graphic is actually 5 out of 5. So instead of the stars going from 0 out of 5 to 4 out of 5 stars, They actually go from 1 out of 5 to 5 out of 5. Hope this helps and do have a wonderful day! Cheers!
