They're mp3 files, which are in the low hundreds of megabytes on average, so it could possibly eat up a fair chunk of bandwidth. The only cost would be getting a sendspace pro account, which is about $10 US a month. Otherwise, it would take hours to download a file. This paid account is with Sendspace, the file manager that hosts the files, not with Blind Mice Mart.
The legality issue is probably a bit murky. The files are audio only, so that limits their desirability to the average sighted person.
