Hi Dacia, iPeriod and Fertility Friend are the most accessible apps that I've found for tracking your cycle. They both allow you to track your fertility signs, , other symptoms, and your cycles. If you only want to track the start and end of your cycle, iPeriod is the way to go. There are pickers that you can use to set your start and end dates, without having to tap each day on a calendar. Fertility Friend is not quite as user friendly as iPeriod, because you have to manually mark each day of your cycle on a calendar, but it does a more thorough job of analyzing your fertility signs for you if you're new to charting. Both apps are free, and iPeriod has a deluxe version for a small price. For fitness, I use a Fitbit Charge HR. Others on this list use various Fitbit trackers, and some use Jawbone trackers. There are also apps such as Walkmeter, Nike+ Running, and Runkeeper, which are pedometer style apps with GPS functionality, and there are food diary apps, such as MyFitnessPal, which estimate calories burned for a given exercise based on your age, gender, and weight.
