Hello, I also had this problem and this is what I did to correct it. I deactivated Reachability. Go to Settings, Jeneral, Accessibility and turn off Reachability. It's about the 3rd or 4th option from the last option. After this, when I went into the control center, I was able to see all my bluetooth devices. HTH.
