I bought one of these due to every review out there loving it. I had one problem which I want people who have this headset to comment on, I have an iPhone 5s which I paired it to, and the sound was good, but voiceover was very scratchy sounding over the earpiece, so I paired it with my wifes iPhone 5s and it was still scratchy. Then I paired it with the iPad air we have, when I paired it with that voiceover sounded good again. So my question is does anyone else have problems with the plantronics edge making voiceover sound scratchy? Another thing I did was updated the firmwear, that didn’t help either actually it made pairing with my iphone take longer after I did the update. I’d love to hear others experiences with this headset.
