The pegging is the play between you and the opponent when you alternately lay down cards. You get points just as in the hand if you make a fifteen-two, points for a pair, 6 points for three of a kind, runs, as well as the last card in a sequence of cards two points for 31 or one point for the closest to 31 before the opponent can't lay down another card.
I think the 28 and 29 are just indicating the current score of the game; with 121 being the final winning score. ----- Original Message ----- From: RobH.
