I belive this is incorrect. If I remember correctly when you choose
deauthorize it will take you to a page that lists all the computers you have
authorized and you can select which ones to deAuthorize.

If you can't run the computers, the only thing you can do is deauthorize all
your computers and then reauthorize the ones you want to use. I'm pretty sure
that you can only do this once a year. I think the option is on the Store menu
in iTunes.
