Hello, I take it you normally sync with a different computer? In that case, either add them to iTunes on that computer, or if you have a Dropbox account, add them to Dropbox and then use the iPhone Dropbox to add them to iBooks. If they're on your usual computer, connect your iPHone, find its name in the iTunes source list, choose the Books tab, and choose to sync. This will not affect how you sync other material such as music or contacts.
