If they're going to initiate the call, you shouldn't need their Skype
name ahead of time. You should just get a message that you're receiving
a call and an option to accept it or not. This is how it works on other
platforms, like Linux and Windows.

five minutes though. I have seen skype lose the picture after a couple of
minutes in conjunction with the screen saver a couple of times, both on my MBA
and on my MAC desktop.
In other words, if stability is the main issue I would settle for the iPad.
