I hope someone can help me. I have a load of photos and videos on my iphone that were from my old pc that crashed beyond recovery and need to get them from my phone to my new pc. Please could someone help me. On my old pc you used to be able to see all your photos in windows explorer but now nothing shows up. If someone could help me I would be most grateful.
