I have Western Digital mycloud connected via ethernet to airport Extreme. Their application for mac is not at all accessible. I've contacted them via Facebook page of theirs whic which I reported to the group. They were apologetic and made promises with no time commitment to improve accessibility. Please if you feel the same or if your experiences with their apps is similar to mie, do contact them via their facebook page. They are more likely to respond to you because the communication is public and they don't want negative publicity. The setting up of WD my cloud was not possible without sighted assistance either. I don't use their iphone app so can't comment.
