You might try an app called Simpler - Multiedit Contacts, which you may be able to setup parameters for what you want it to look for, such as contacts with only email addresses. I've been able to clean up my contacts with Simpler quite a bit. At one point I had nearly 300, and after running Simpler a few times, I've narrowed it down to around 230. Another advantage of Simpler is that when looking at a list of your contacts, you can delete contacts from within that list via the rodar, and don't have to open the contact up, hit edit, then delete. You still get the confirmation message, but it can save some time. I don't recall if Simpler costs money, but if it does it is only a dollar or two, and well wortht it at any rate.
