Hi Rebecca, Maybe there's a better way to accomplish this, but I generally use the go to username option under the "more" tab in the app. Once you're in there, you can type their twitter user name in the search box and it'll take you to their timeline. From there, you can follow. You can also do it if you're inside a tweet of theirs, but the important point is to somehow be in their profile or timeline. Hope that helps!
