The audio ducking setting can be accessed with the rotor provided it was added 
to the rotor in settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver, and rotor. The 
rotor is accessed by a gesture that is sort of like turning a virtual radio 
analog knob on your screen. Repeated turns of this virtual knob will cycle 
through the rotor selections which are available. When you get to one you want 
to change such as audio ducking, a single finger swipe up or down will change 
its setting from off to on or cycle through other options depending on the 
rotor item.
