Hi Paul, Have you tried locking the screen while you are reading a book? Is that when the screen is refreshing? I have the older version on my iPad that does not have this delete issue. And I'm not using the one on my iPhone currently which does have the problem. So I don't have first-hand experience with your refresh issue. But you may try locking the screen, and that could solve your problem
