This started yesterday. I was listening to music on my iPhone 5s via a bluetooth speaker and suddenly voiceover and the music just stopped. I had to shut down and restart. Now it has happened for a 4th time and this time it was not connected to bluetooth. I had just set it down and when I returned no speech no click not even the tone when I tried to use siri. I can't do a restore using iTunes because it wants me to turn off "find my phone" and I can't do that without speech. BTW the vibrate on mute works just fine.
