Well, I was in a Wi-Fi connection. If the download proceed it fairly quickly, under a half an hour. But what happened was after it got to a certain percentage and we monitor the progress, it's seem to stop. So I'm not sure exactly what happened. But I am going to try secret suggestion and see if that will take care of it. I'm hoping that it does. Thanks.
