That's OK, I got it solved, which was the point of my message to the person who was stuck. There is an unlabeled button for many of us that is located immediately above the home button. It gives a tick sound like the way VoiceOver sounds when you turn speech off but have the click sounds enabled. Anyway, it is resolved. Thanks, Richard
