Hi Judy,

I've seen and still experience both of these from time to time.

I find both an annoyance but, with the first, I just put up with it as it
happens even when I am not using a keyboard with the 4S.

With the second I was reliably informed that you can in fact remove Voice-Over
from the phone with a tripple click of the Home button, then put it back in
again. It really does work, presuming you've got it set up to turn on/off
Voice-Over in this way.

Subject: two problems with iPhone 6

      Hi,
I would appreciate any help with these two problems. I know others have had
at least one of them.

  1. When using an Apple bluetooth keyboard to arrow around a page in settings,
I am often thrown back in to my home screen. It doesn't matter what setting
area I am working in and I would like to know if other people have seen this.
My settings are not saving. I have rebooted the phone which was a suggestion
from apple. I am using iPhone 6 with the latest ios software.

  2. The next problem is double speaking characters. Sometimes the characters
enter the text field as single letters, but I have seen two of the same
characters enter a text field. I have gone into the voiceOver keyboard and
keyboard settings and fixed it. The settings will hold for a while and then
revert back to double characters. Again, I have tried rebooting. It happens
whether I reboot or not.

  Any help would be appreciated.
  Thanks,
  Judy
